All subscriptions are for digital IPTV services. Once your account is activated and login details are provided, the service is considered in use.

Because of this, refunds are only offered in specific situations.

When You Can Get a Refund

If a refund is requested after the first 7 days of activation, the used portion of your subscription will be deducted based on the time you’ve already used.

Important Usage Policy

 Any usage beyond 7 days within a billing month will be counted as a full month. This means the full monthly value of your plan will be deducted, even if you’ve only used part of that month.

How Deductions Work (Examples)

1 Month Plan:

If used for 10 to 20 days → Charged as a full 1-month subscription

Month Plan:

1 Month Plan:

If used for 10 to 20 days → Charged as a full 1-month subscription

3 Month Plan:

If used for 40 to 50 days → Charged as 2 months

6 Month Plan:

If used for 3 months → Charged for 3 months

12 Month Plan:

If used for 5 months → Charged for 5 months

Non-Refundable Situations

Reminds will not be provided if:

1• Your internet connection is slow or unstable.

2• Your device or app is not compatible.

3• You change your mind after activation.

4• Your account is suspended due to a violation of our terms.

5• Setup instructions provided by our support team were not followed.

Trial Option

 If you don’t know how the service works on your device or network, we recommend trying a free or low-cost trial. This helps you test compatibility before committing to a full subscription.

How to Request a Refund
