We offer a full, unconditional refund within the first 7 days of your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason within this period:

  • Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of activation

Refunds After 7 Days

After the 7-day guarantee period, refunds may still be considered. However, charges for the service duration already used will be deducted.

Refund amounts will be calculated based on:

  • The length of time the service has been active

Subscription Package Deduction Rules

Sky Glass IPTV offers the following plans:

  • 1 Month Subscription
  • 3 Months Subscription
  • 6 Months Subscription
  • 12 Months (1 Year) Subscription

If a refund request is made after 7 days, deductions will be applied proportionally based on the package and time used.

Important Usage Rule

If service usage exceeds 7 days within any month, it will be considered a full monthly subscription, and the monthly value of that package will be deducted.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:
  • Problems caused by customer’s internet connection
  • Unsupported device or device performance issues
  • Incorrect installation or setup by the user
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Account sharing, misuse, or unauthorized access
